Bitholmes Wood Japanese Knotweed and Himalayan balsam control

We have been working for the Woodland Trust for 2 years to remove both Japanese knotweed and Himalyan balsam from one of their woodland sites in the Upper Don Valley. Work has included stem injecting Japanese knotweed with appropriate herbicide and pulling/ brushcutting large swathes of Himalayan balsam to allow native ground flora to recolonise.
