Retired - Project Manager SYF & Volunteer SVP: Retired Landscape Architect and former project manager with the South Yorkshire Forest Partnership.

Roger Moss OBE Trustee

Retired - Project Engineering Manager, Tata: Roger was involved in setting up the Steel Valley Project, and has served on the Steering Group throughout. He is now retired from the steel industry, where he was a Project Engineering manager with responsibility for civil engineering and environmental developments.

Flora Parkin Committee member representing SYFET

Green Infrastructure Strategy Manager, SYFP: Flora is currently managing publicity for and facilitating the delivery of the South Yorkshire Green Infrastructure Strategy on behalf of the strategy steering group. This work involves working on behalf of, or supporting, a variety of activities, from the strategic Local Nature Partnership to on-the-ground programmes, such as Steel Valley Project.

Retired - Engineering & Environmental Manager Engineering and Environmental management within the steel industry.  

Ted Talbot Committee member representing Parks, Woodlands and Countryside Service for Sheffield City Council 

Woodlands Manager, Sheffield City Council:Ted has over 20 years experience of Local Government and voluntary organisations, operating predominantly in parks, woodlands and countryside services within South Yorkshire and the Peak District National Park, he also has significant experience of the wider sectors of sustainable development and environmental training. Ted was also a founding director of Silvapower Ltd., the first commercial supplier of woody biomass for renewable heating systems in South Yorkshire.   

Matt Travis Committee member

Company Director: I am one of the founding directors who set up the environmental consultancy Enzygo in 2008. We operate across the UK and internationally on a range of projects, ranging from development, waste/renewables, mining, and environmental assessment.
